Terms of Service

The agreement

By using this site or engaging Lolipopp Build, you agree to these terms. The specific scope, price, and timeline of any project are set in a separate written proposal (SOW) we both sign — that document controls the work itself.

Our services

We design and build websites and custom business systems. Every project starts with a free Blueprint Call and a fixed, written quote before any work begins. We never add scope or cost quietly — changes are agreed in writing first.

Payments

Builds are paid in four equal 25% installments, one at each phase (Design, Preview, Live Test, Operational). The first installment starts the work and is non-refundable once work begins. Care Plans bill monthly; overage is pre-approved before any extra work. Payment-processing and app-store fees pass through at cost, never marked up.

What you own

Your Stripe account, your domain, and your delivered system are yours. Reusable underlying tooling and components we bring to the project remain ours and are licensed to you for your use — you're never locked in, and you can take your system to another developer.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Liability

We build and test carefully and monitor for issues, but the service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
